I am Courtney Nelson Hagan. Graphic Designer and Marketing Manager with more than 10 years experience. I attended the Savannah College of Art and Design with a focus in Graphic Design.
My background ranges from an internship with a music industry agency creating iTunes ads, apparel and concert flyers to healthcare and then always freelance. Collaborating with clients and other designers to create the perfect brand drives me every day. The design world is always changing and that is why it is so appealing to me. You can always learn, research and have discussions that are fresh and fierce. The process of designing a brand is so exciting. Packaging can take your brand to the next level. Consumers buy products based on packaging so it's important to have the perfect look. When a package comes together I feel like a little kid in a candy shop. Package creation is a fun road trip.

So they say print is dead but that is far from the truth. There are unlimited options in the print world. To me there is nothing better than a well crafted printed piece. I love creating print materials from business systems, save the dates, t-shirts and koozies.

Social Media is main stage in the marketing world. To have been able to watch the evolution of social media has been exciting. So many changes, upgrades and innovations have been happening across all channels.

Conferences are always a great part of any business. The opportunity to show off your brand to so many people in such a small time is impactful. I have dealt with all aspects of trade shows and conferences.

Digital is now! Websites are a must and good design is crucial. Websites have made such a mark on the design community with trends and originality shining through. Collaborating and building websites is an exciting process.
